Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Account Manager at Audience Group, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on within the front lines of the digital advertising industry. Account Managers collaborate daily with clients, helping them achieve their marketing objectives. The Account Manager role offers an interesting and challenging combination of using technology, analyzing data, developing strategies and interacting with clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Proactively manage multiple client accounts
  • Cultivate positive business relationships with clients
  • Analyze campaign objectives vs. performance data and identify strategies for maximizing campaign results
  • Regularly contact clients regarding campaign optimization, growth strategies and opportunities
  • Troubleshoot campaigns that under-deliver or under-perform
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or client-facing role
  • Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with both internal colleagues and external clients
  • Highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to prioritize and focus, with attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Thorough understanding of digital advertising
  • Demonstrated experience providing excellent customer service
  • Proven experience working with advertising clients to fully understand their business model and campaign objectives, and ability to develop strategies to meet their goals
  • Experience presenting data and analytics in a compelling way
  • Enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and sharing knowledge across the company
  • Extremely proactive
  • Ability to prioritize and focus, with strict attention to detail
